First, the work for autonomous fly is carried out on the field. After the turbine data are prepared for the flight, images are collected from the blades. Approximately 400-500 photographs are taken from a blade. Each turbine is photographed by inspecting 4 different surfaces of the turbine blade and 3 blades of the turbine without leaving any dead point.
The software process starts with ML. Hundreds of photographs of a turbine are taken and these photographs are analysed with ML. Thus, human factor errors are minimised.
The created reports can be accessed on Windlar Portal. This way all turbines, all blades and the damage type on any blade can be effectively monitored. At the same time, users can automatically view turbine-based PDF reports on the system and comment on these damages.
